1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Legacy Boxing website and participation in our boxing programs and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Legacy Boxing is based in Grovedale, VIC and serves members across Geelong and the surrounding regions.

2. Membership and Sessions

• Your first session at Legacy Boxing is free with no obligation to continue.
• Membership and session pricing will be discussed at the gym and may change from time to time.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, where applicable, are inclusive of GST.
• Sessions must be booked in advance where applicable.

3. Health and Safety

By participating in any Legacy Boxing program, you acknowledge that:

• Boxing is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury.
• You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns to your coach before participating.
• You participate at your own risk and should consult a medical professional if unsure about your fitness to train.
• You agree to follow all safety instructions given by coaches and staff.

4. Code of Conduct

All members and visitors are expected to:

• Treat all coaches, members, and staff with respect.
• Follow all gym rules and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere within the gym.
• Report any concerns or incidents to a coach or staff member immediately.

Legacy Boxing reserves the right to revoke membership or deny entry to anyone who behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disrespectful.

5. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booked session, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellation policies for specific programs will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Liability

Legacy Boxing holds current public liability insurance. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss of personal property, or consequential loss arising from your use of our facilities or participation in our programs, except where caused by our negligence.

7. Website Use

8. Governing Law
