Into Boxing

Box & Burn is specifically designed for people who have never stepped foot in a boxing gym. Our coach will teach you proper technique from scratch — stance, footwork, jab, cross — while giving you an incredible workout.

Every session is structured, supportive, and fun. You won't be thrown in the deep end. You'll learn at your own pace in a welcoming environment with others who are starting their boxing journey too.

What a Session Looks Like

Warm Up

Dynamic stretching and movement drills to get your body ready.

Technique

Learn and practise boxing fundamentals — stance, footwork, punches.

Rounds

Put it together on the bags and pads with coach guidance.

Burnout

Finish strong with a conditioning circuit that torches calories.
